About

Hi, I’m Kerri. I’m a twenty-six year old southern girl living in a not-so-southern Baltimore, MD. I live here with my boyfriend, James, and our miniature schnauzer puppy, Oscar. I have been in Baltimore for almost a year, and I like it alright so far.

I’m originally from Rock Hill, SC, which is a decent sized town right below Charlotte, NC. I was born and raised in Rock Hill. I lived there all of my life until September 2009. It was a big step for me to leave home, but it felt right and I don’t regret the decision at all. However, I do miss my mom, dad, my sister Lyndsey, and my best friend Billy. I do see them sometimes when I make a trek back down to the south on occasion.

I graduated from Rock Hill High School (one a bearcat, always a bearcat) in 2002. I was in the Color Guard and Winter Guard. I was such a band geek in high school, but I loved every. single. minute. After high school, I attended York Technical College for about four semesters. I was going for an associates degree in computer programming. That didn’t work out too well for me because I found it boring as hell. I ended up getting a full time job in internet technical support towards the end of 2003, which really made it easy for me to quit school, as well. It was hard to juggle school and a full time job at the same time, but really maybe I was just lazy? Mid-2006, I quit my job for another job which I hated so much I ended up making myself sick over time. I have been unemployed since then, so I have a lot of spare time these days.

I enjoy traveling and my goal in life is to go as many places possible. I want to explore and  photograph the world (most of it, at least).  I have a strong passion for photography, even though I may not be great at it, I still love to take pictures. I like to document my life with photos and I enjoy taking pictures of pretty much anything.

Tattoos. I’m covered in them. I love them. They’re apart of me and I’m going to keep getting them until there isn’t any free skin left. I do refuse to get them on my face, however, so that is the only exception. I have been collecting tattoos since I was nineteen years old. I will admit, some of the early ones aren’t very good and may need to be covered up or fixed later on down the road, but I learned my lesson and found a much more amazing artist(s).

I’m a really shy girl, so I don’t have a lot of friends. I can count two. I’m not Ok with that, but maybe one day, I will break out of my shell and solve my problems. Until then, I’m just taking one day at a time.
